These Cases Are Not ” Withhunts”. Judges Reject “Witch Hunt Cases” Like The Cases Donald Trump Introduces In The Courts That Get Thrown Out Almost 100% Of The Time. Most Cases Brought Against Trump Are Judged As Credible. The Avalanche of Crimes Trump Has Openly Committed Make It Easy To Announce A Formal DOJ Investigation And In Some Cases Charge Him. Where Is Garland?

 


Garland Is Treating Trump Like He Is Above The Law. He Is Insulting The Constitution With His Passivity. Americans Are Losing Patience. He Has Arrested Enough Jan. 6th Rioters. It is Time To Move Into The Next Phase Of Justice. Get Trump On Any Of The Crimes He Has Been Caught Doing And Save America From Trump And The Anti-Democracy Right-Wing Of The Republican Party.

THIS IS THE SENTIMENT OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS WHO BELIEVE NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.


HOWEVER, THE BASE OF TRUMP REPUBLICAN PARTY CARE MORE ABOUT TRUMP TRUMP REMAINING IN POWER, KEEPING RACISM ALIVE, AND INSERTING CHRISTIAN EXTREMISM INTO GOVERNMENT THAN THEY CARE ABOUT DEMOCRACY. TRUMP HAS CONVINCED HIS BASE THAT DEMOCRACY MEANS WHAT HE SAYS IT MEANS, NOT WHAT THE CONSTITUTION DESCRIBES.  AS TRUMP SUPPORTERS SHAMELESSLY SCARF UP THE BENEFITS OF PRESIDENT BIDEN’S AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN AND HISTORIC INFRASTRUCTURE BILL, THEY ADDICTIVELY STAND BY HIM. THEY REMAIN IGNORANT TO THE REALITY THAT HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEM AND THEIR NEEDS. THEY ARE BLINDED TO THE REALITY THAT HE PANDERS TO THEM BECAUSE HE NEEDS THEIR DONATIONS TO PAY FOR HIS LEGAL BILLS AND TO MAKE UP FOR THE DECLINING INCOME FROM HIS CORRUPT BUSINESSES AND DIMINISHING BUSINESS OPTIONS.
RADIO PERSONALITY AND FORMER FRIEND OF TRUMP HOWARD STERN HAS SAID HE KNOWS TRUMP WELL AND TRUMP WOULD NEVER ALLOW MEMBERS OF THE MAGA BASE INTO MARA-A-LAGO BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RICH OR GOOD LOOKING ENOUGH. 
AG Barr was partisan and corrupt and strongly committed and aggressive about his agenda to support his autocratic vision of the American presidency as having limitless power. It was irrelevant to Barr that Trump was incompetent and corrupt. However, even Barr had a limit to his assault on democracy. He resigned weeks before Biden took office because he refused Trump’s demand to declare the 2020 presidential election results were fraudulent. Barr publicly declared, ” there was no significant fraud found in the 2020 election.” At that moment, Barr, the MAGA loyalist who trashed his political legacy for Trump, became an enemy in the eyes of his former boss. Trump’s psychological disorders prohibit his ability to be loyal, empathic, or grateful to others.  The only trait of Barr that Attorney General Merrick Garland should adopt is his fierce, action-taking approach to his job. This is not the time in history for a passive, overly conservative chief law enforcement officer.

William Barr executed his power with possible political illegalities and disrespect for the norms of democracy. However despicable and dangerous he was,  he gets credit for being boldly assertive without concern about how the public or Democrats viewed his behaviors. In contrast, Merrick Garland is insulting the Constitution with his passivity, and Americans lose patience and trust in him. He has arrested enough Jan. 6th rioters. It is time to move into the next phase of Justice. It’s long past the time for the DOJ to take action on holding Trump accountable for the crimes he has been caught doing and to save America from the his assaults on the Constitution.

  • He destroyed presidentsl records and removed classified files from the White House. He violated the Presidential Records Act. That’s a law broken; Prosecute him.
  • He called the Georgia Secretary of State and his him to find enough votes for him to win the state election. That’s a broken law; Election interference. Prosecute him.
  • He incited the Jan. 6th Capitol Attack and did nothing to stop the violence. That’s a broken law; Causing an Insurrection. Prosecute him.

These acts happened. There is evidence. The slow-moving process by Garland is not seeking justice. The slow pace and lack of DOJ action allow Trump’s criminal behavior to feel normalized and the public’s expectation of him being above the law.
